What is I'm No Dummy Day?
The co-workers, vendors and business associates who go out of their way to make
your job a little easier or your day a little brighter, are certainly "no
dummies," and deserve to be recognized and thanked. And, if you're "no
dummy," that's exactly what you'll do.
While most of us have to deal with our share of
"dummies" in the course of our jobs, we also are fortunate enough to work along
side countless unsung heroes who go about doing their jobs efficiently and effectively.
These people rarely get the credit they deserve. Therefore, "I'm No Dummy Day"
was created to help you honor and thank individuals who you appreciate, but often take for
granted.

"I'm No Dummy Day" gives individuals
the opportunity to express their appreciation for the contributions of co-workers, vendors
and business associates. In addition, B&M
clients and newsletter recipients who participate in "I'm No Dummy Day" will be
eligible to win a FREE presentation by Chip Martin and Dale Brown. |

You can recognize the unappreciated people
in your office by:
- Wearing your "I'm No Dummy" button.*
- Giving helpful co-workers and vendors "I'm No Dummy"
certificates* to show that you recognize and appreciate their efforts.
- Presenting helpful co-workers and vendors with
puppets, that
you made yourself.
- Displaying a "We're Celebrating 'I'm No Dummy Day'"
sign* in your reception area or lunchroom.
- Encouraging co-workers to enter the "I'm No Dummy
Day" coloring and trivia contests.*
- Hosting a special "I'm No Dummy Day" lunch or
reception.
- Taking time to say "Thanks" to helpful co-workers
and vendors and giving them small tokens of appreciation. (Hey, you gotta do something
yourself!)
*Materials or samples will be provided by B&M as part
of your "I'm No Dummy Day" kit.
Your Reward
B&M clients and newsletter recipients will be selected at random to be visited by
B&M staff on "I'm No Dummy Day" to determine their level of participation in
the event. If our representatives find "We're Celebrating 'I'm No Dummy Day'"
signs displayed in reception areas or lunch rooms, they will hand-out special gifts on the
spot, and those companies/ organizations will be entered into a drawing to win a FREE
presentation by Chip, and his partner, Dale Brown. Clients and newsletter recipients who
are not visited by B&M staff can also be eligible for the special drawing by taking
photographs that provide conclusive evidence that their office celebrated "I'm No
Dummy Day."
